I'm a research assistant at University of Erzincan, department of Public Administration. I'm 28 years old. I lived in many different cities in Turkey thanks to my fathers's job, that gave me a great opportunity to meet with many people and cultures. It also became a way of life for me. I've been an Erasmus exchange student in a small French city, called Douai. I lived 4 years in the USA to improve my English and then have my master's degree on Urban Planning. I'm a citizen of the world and I see myself a 'nationless' man. So, everyone who sees himself/herself as a human being before his/her nationality, religion, ethnicity etc. is welcome to become a friend of mine!

Interessen

As an academician in the field of Public Administration I'm naturally interested in political theory, sociology and social psychology. Urbanization, ecology and gender issues are also my main interests.

I'm not a great sportsman but I really like watching almost all kind of sports :) Especially tennis, football and snooker. I like walking and swimming a lot. If I can find some people to go together I'd like to hike in the mountains. The city I live in has a great nature but I couldn't enjoy it so far. Soon enough I will start doing it, hopefully...

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Almost impossible for me to choose one piece of music, one book or one movie to choose and announce them as my 'favorites.' I can say that I like listening to classical, jazz and ethnic music. I like watching classical movies a lot and my favorite genre is definitely "film noir." I also like reading classical novels. Dostoevsky might be my all time favorite novelist.

First of all my lovely home :) I'd really like to introduce them to my friends. I can show them beautiful nature of the city but they have to be ready to walk around because I don't have a car and I guess I will never have one! They can use every part of my home as they wish. I will try to make their trip as enjoyable as possible!
