I'm an Au pair from South Africa. I am taking the time this year to experience new cultures and to see new places. I'm a really outgoing friendly person. I love going on hikes and many outdoor activities. I love experiencing new things and I enjoy change and welcome it with open arms. I recently just finished school last year and I plan on traveling a lot more before going back home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couch surfing because I really ding get paid much as an au pair and I have a briefing desire to see the world and would love to meet new people and experience things with locals who have lived in the area.

Interests

I enjoy traveling and meeting new people and just the idea of culture exchange. The whole process excites me. I enjoy spending time in nature and doing outdoor activities like going to the beach. I also enjoy a book occasionally. I enjoy watching Ted x and listing to people that are smarter than me. I love taking to old people that have really loved and experienced live to the fullest!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to any music that has the right combination of sound that makes me want to dance. So basically anything from country to hip pop. I even enjoy the occasional classical song that plays on the radio. I am a movie fanatic! It's sad but I just have to admit it. I prefer comedies and anything that makes me smile. I enjoy books like Rich dad poor dad, As a man think'eth and even the occasional romance novel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have left home for a year by myself. This year was not only my first time I flew on an airplane but also my first time living away from home. I haven't done a lot of amazing things, unless finishing school counts.
