I am an American who has lived in 5 different cities in the US. I just spent the last year living in Hong Kong and Singapore and traveling to other parts of East Asia.

I am going to be traveling alone and it is a great way to meet local people and learn about different cultures first hand!

I love sports, specifically soccer (or football to most of you). I love food, any and all kinds - since living in Asia I have tried a lot of unique food. I love learning about different cultures and attempting (but always butchering) commonly used phrases in other languages.

The most amazing thing I have done was move alone to East Asia. It was the most rewarding and challenging year of my life and I became a better individual for it. I have learned so much about myself and the different cultures around me.

Although I do not have many things to give, I am an excellent listener who loves to eat and drink and explore! I want this experience to not just be about seeing new places but creating new friendships.

I will also gladly open my doors if you ever decide to visit Boston :)
