Most people, things and topics have the potential of catching my curiosity, attention, and interest.I usually take a great deal of interest in other people, who they are, their way of living, their country and culture, and certainly enjoy that you share by telling about yourself and your life, your eduction and profession.When traveling I enjoy everything from the surrounding nature to museums, monuments, (performing) art, walking around for hours, meeting the local population, learning about their customs, mentality, culture, and way of living. I am curious about local food and cooking, and also any local music regardless of how foreign it may seem to me at first. And then there's taking photos, tons of photos... (I have removed most of the ones I had on this profile since I strongly disagree with CS INC claiming ownership of my private photos).

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love music and listen to a wide variety of it: jazz, R&B, classical, reggae, soul, pop, rock, and often go to open air concerts and jazz and blues festivals during the summer whenever possible. I used to read a whole lot for leisure and pleasure but in recent years it has mainly been part of workrelated studies within the fields of communication, management, and psychology. One of the few books that continuously made me laugh loudly while reading it was Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I have no particular favorite movie, but have enjoyed watching the likes of Wonder Boys, The Astronaut Farmer, A Beautiful Mind, A Love Song for Bobby Brown, Edward Scissorhands, Fargo, I Am Sam, White Oleander, Proof, Memento, The Big Lebowski, Como Agua Para Chocolate, and many more.
