I am a Canadian who loves to travel (shocker there eh?)
I LOVE to be outside and exploring.
I am 26.
Jeremiah 29:11 and Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 can get me through anything.
My favourite food is french fries.
My favourite colour is green.
I have more energy than most people and I am very enthusiastic.
I love to love and I love the the feeling of being excited and anticipation.
I am a very active person. In the winter I ski (downhill and cross country), play hockey, and play indoor basketball. In the summer I am in the water almost every day and I canoe, kayak, waterski, and wake board. I also run throughout the year.

To meet locals while I am travelling. One gets to understand the culture of the place they are travelling in much better if you actually stay with a local and not in a hotel or hostel. It also allows you to make new friends and get out of your comfort zone a little bit.

but more serious: being outside; I have had multiple jobs that are based on the outdoors. In the summer I am almost never inside. In the winter, it has to be very cold and wet to keep me inside.
Literature; I try to read 30 new books a year, so I have read quite a bit.
Skiing; I have done four seasons working in the ski industry, two in Canada, and two in New Zealand at Mount Ruapehu.
Running/ hiking; It keeps me fit and gives me energy! You see beautiful things when you are hiking.
Kayaking/ canoeing/ swimming; I just love to be in or on the water and coming from Canada, water is never hard to find.
Film; I studied film production in school! I love going to the cinema or staying at home and rewatching my favourites! I work at a drive in so I have seen lots of movies.
Baking; I just really love sweets (chocolate chip cookies are a classic and never get old).

favourite movies: The Lord Of The Rings, Star Wars, Harry Potter, E.T. The Extra Terrestrial, The Lion King, Jurassic Park, Spirited Away, Indiana Jones, The Dark Knight Trilogy, and almost anything out of the MCU. I really enjoy 80s movies.
Favourite books: The Lord Of The Rings, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, The Book Thief, Jurassic Park, Anne of Green Gables, Pride and Prejudice, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep (Bladerunner) almost anything by Neil Gaiman. I read quite a bit of fantasy and science fiction. I think Neil Gaiman is the most talented author alive and writing today.
Favourite music: My all time favourite type of music to listen to in film scores. John Williams is my number one artist on itunes. I also listen to quite a bit of classical music. The more mainstream music I listen too includes; Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Great Big Sea, MGMT, Bastille, Phil Collins, The Smiths, The Killers, Coldplay, Bob Dylan, Vampire Weekend, The Strokes, The Beatles, ABBA, Arcade Fire, and One Direction

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I did the around the mountain track (around Mt. Ruapehu in New Zealand) in one and a half days. It is 66 km up and down a mountain that is meant to be a five day tramp.

I love talking about what I have seen and done, and I love even more listening to what other people have seen and done. The world is such a big, beautiful place and I really believe everyone can teach you something new and amazing.
