I'm a student of French and Finnish and a future tour guide from the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague. I live there with my boyfriend, the best män, the best roommate and my best friend Jussi.
Even though I'm usually timid, I'm friendly and I love doing new and adventurous things and exploring new places. I'm not very demanding and I think I've got sense of humour.
I'm a dreadhead and a metalhead, I don't smoke weed or cigarettes, I don't avoid alcohol :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

My Couchsurfing experience has been only positive, so I'm looking forward to gaining new experience like this!
I expect Couchsurfing to give me a chance to get to know new countries and cultures "from inside" during my trips. My goal is not to take selfies with the most famous sights, tick the destination off on the list and go home.

I'm looking for nice and interesting hosts who'd show me a little bit of their life, their favourite place or simply whatever they like in their city. However, I'm not picky! If you're busy, I can spend hours alone and feel comfortable :)
I'm looking forward to gaining new experience! :)

Interessen

I love books and music. Unfortunately, I don't play any musical instrument. I used to paint and do ceramics, I'm terrible at singing. Another my great hobby is spending time with my boyfriend and sewing :)
I like summer metal music festivals, I always enjoy the presence of hundreds of longhaired metalheads :)
I'm interested in history and culture, I like going to museums and expositions and taking long walks in (the centre of) Prague.
Sport is not my cup of coffee, but I'm keen on cycling and walking, of course :)

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I prefer the Northern European metal music, especially the Finnish melodic death metal and melancholic and doom metal. Actually, the music was the reason why I decided to study Finnish language :)
My favourite bands are Amorphis, Insomnium, Pain, Engel, Dark Tranquility and Moonsorrow.

As a student of literature I love books, Orwell's 1984 is one of the best I've red. Right now I'm reading a lot of Finnish literature, as my final exams are approaching :D

I'm not a huge fan of movies, but I like for example Into the wild. I enjoy watching horror movies with my friends (a part of our tradition) and I don't even mind going to the cinema alone :)
