About Me

I am 27, recently left my job selling wine in New York City, to get back on the road. I love to travel, have been throughout to Europe, North and South America, and South East Asia. Otherwise, I enjoy meeting people from all over the world, one of the great benefits of leaving home. When I return to New York, I will most certainly open my home to travelers. It's also a joy to have guests and guide them through one of the world's most confusing cities!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have also stayed with friends or relatives when traveling through the US or abroad, and think couchsurfing is an amazing idea. I plan on staying with my family in Ireland for sometime and traveling throughout Europe. Hoping to see the real side of every city I visit. And of course, I have a lot to offer when I return home with a couch in New City (Brooklyn to be more precise).

Interests

Reading and writing primarily, a perfect day is spent quietly with a book, or working on one of my own. I of course love wine, as I have been working in the industry for six years and visited wineries throughout France, Italy, Germany, the US, and Argentina. I play guitar by hobby and enjoy a good concert or music festival. I am avid bike ride and find it a great way to explore any town or city. Also chess... I can always play a game of chess.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really open to a lot of books, films, music etc... Life's too short to close yourself off to any form of art.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't like to brag.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to share any knowledge I have about traveling, culture, language, anything, however small it may be. The best way we learn from each other.
