This is Korean book. Author is a KOREAN buddhist monk and university professor in USA. This book is essay. so its very realistic.
and this book is very easy to read. just see and think.
after reading this book, I feel better
its helpful to managing stress.
so I read this book, when I was frustrated, complicated or so hard.
