We are a Dutch-Hungarian young married couple with a baby, who loves traveling and hosting people. We both work in Christian youth work. We have a passion for getting to know people, their cultures, languages, showing them around, cooking for them, hanging out with them.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I (Eszter) come from a family who always had its doors open to others for meals, a bed or for a good conversation by a cup of coffee. I guess because of this hospitality was always in my blood, I also ended up getting a university degree in Tourism and Travel management and worked in hospitality in Hungary and the Netherlands. Our dream is to one day open a bed and breakfast, but until then we would love to host people just in our home.

When I was 18 I walked the El Camino de Santiago, an 800 km pilgrimage road in the North of Spain.
