For me, the best part about visiting countries is meeting locals and learning about their daily lives. I have a degree in international affairs to I'm always fascinated to learn about local political issues from natives themselves.

For music, I like George Ezra, Ed Sheeran, and Taylor Swift. They are my favorites but I will pretty much listen to anything from Aretha Franklin to Bruce Springsteen. Totally eccentric music taste!

For movies, anything usually does. I love a great comedy.

For books, my favorite one is "To Kill A Mockingbird" by Harper Lee. I enjoy reading mostly nonfiction about issues in international affairs. I have a particular interest in the Middle East, specifically Iran and Turkey.

I find that the more you learn about people in the world, the more you see that it is full with so many good people. The news are often filled with tragedies of violence and hate, but people everywhere seem to be loving and peace-filled.
