Hey there!
I am an Australian student spending the year travelling around Europe. The idea of starting a career scared me so I decided to backpack Europe instead and so far this has turned out to be an excellent idea. While I'm not sure that I have exactly fulfilled the cliche of 'finding myself' and I definitely haven't figured out what I am destined to achieve on this planet.. I have been lucky enough to meet a tonne of new and exciting people to learn from and feel like I have gained a lot of perspective on the world. My creed now is to have easy going and open approach to life and to be flexible enough to roll with the punches.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing in order to meet new people and have exciting new experiences, a little off the beaten track

Interests

Music- if I could have it my way my life have a soundtrack playing in the background. My favourite bands and musicians include: mac demarco, the shins, four tet, jamie xx, real estate, the kinks, beach house and a cheeky soft spot for justin timberlake

Food- in all its forms. Particularly brunch food

Coffee- makes an excellent ritual

Reading- I'm a bit of a fantasy nerd at heart- my favourite authors being Neil Gaimon, David Mitchell and a hefty appreciation of Game of Thrones and Harry Potter. Otherwise I read almost anything. The two last book that I enjoyed are Donna Tarrt's 'The Goldfinch', and Oscar Wilde's 'The picture of Dorian Gray'
