Hi guys! My name is Christina Ling, and I recently graduated Georgetown University in Washington DC with a BSBA in Marketing and Information Management. I was fortunate to study abroad in Oxford University for a summer too. Post graduation I will be working in the San Francisco area in consulting, but this summer I am traveling throughout Europe and to Northern Africa. In my lifelong pursuit for happiness, I believe my dream is to travel around the world (in a blimp), learning about new cultures and making new friendships along the way.

-I love animals: I have a Labrador and two lucky turtles that swim in my pond.
-I love to try and eat all types of food, seafood and artichoke are my favorite.
-I enjoy being outdoors: hiking, biking, running, tennis.

My adventuresome spirit started at a young age, leading me to complete a 3-week backpacking trip in the California Sierra Nevadas by age 18 and a take a road trip from DC to Niagara Falls by age 21. My upbringing instilled in me a strong belief in giving back to the community as well. This has lead me to support environmental activism, participate in college community service trips (Habitat for Humanity, Soup Kitchen volunteering), and playing flute for charity events and donations to help fund music education.

I love meeting new people, trying new things, and forming lasting memories. I strongly believe in the mission of Couchsurfing in bringing people together and challenging the norm of staying at hotels and hostels.
