Hello! I'm a student of advertising studying at the University of Western Ontario. I recently caught what seems to be an incurable case of the travel bug. I'm new to travelling but am incredibly curious to learn about a variety of cultures and lifestyles! I also have what I refer to as FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) so I plan on seeing every square inch this planet has to offer ;)

I've joined couchsurfing because I think it provides the best opportunity to truly learn about a culture from a local's perspective and make lifelong contacts and friends from all around the globe.

I'm a gym rat who has a growing appreciation for the outdoors. I love hiking and exploring and plan to do more of it in the near future. Longboarding is a hobby I have been interested in recently and am always interested in scoping out the best longboarding roads everywhere I go!

I'm a HUGE fan of new-school and indie rap such as Chance the Rapper, Mick Jenkins and Lucki Eck$ but I also love big names including Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, J.Cole and others. Introspection is where it's at ;)

I love British comedy, most Simon Pegg movies are my personal favs. But above all else, I'm a Fast and Furious fan till death!

I've recently been interested in essays and autobiographies by Angela Y. Davis and Fredrick Douglass. As an advertising students I also love reading theoretical essays regarding public relations and consumerism.

I've studied Mixed Martial Arts for over 8 years. I've received a black belt in a style called Ishinryu and have most recently practiced boxing, kick boxing and my personal favourite, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, at Maximum Training Centre (MTC) in my home-town.
