i have grown up in freiburg and studied sport science and scandinavian studies here and i am a therapist of sports now. i run very much in long distances and live in close touch with nature. Therefore do i love for example to camp. I take part in vegetarianism and in running do i like trailrunning the best because its so close to nature.

for me is running the naturalest sport. you can do it everywhere and need just a pair of shoes. This is my way of exploring the world. There are so many nice places to see around the world. with travalling can i combine my passion for running and for meeting new people from different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i want to make new experiences and besides do i think, one can get to know to a new country/culture the best in meeting the locals. make new friends while exploring new countries. two birds with one stone!
