Hola! Soy Gustavo
Nací en Bucaramanga, Colombia. Crecí con el skateboarding y el punk para convertirme en un escritor y dibujante. Recién obtuve el título universitario de filósofo, luego de vivir 6 años en Bogotá. Paso mis días leyendo, escribiendo y dibujando, ese es mi trabajo. Ahora me haré un escritor itinerante para llevar a cabo un proyecto literario y editorial autogestionado.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I will travel South America as a personal and professional challenge. It will be my first long trip. As a writer I am interested in the way people live; but as person I am interested in friendship as agent of change of this violent world. Solidarity and trust are essencial to create a new world. When I found couchsurfing I was surprised, because it is a network that helps people to experience new cultures and that's what I want to me.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

My favorite music is punk, specially in spanish. Also I like some classical rock bands as the beatles or pink floyd. I'm starting to listen to rap.

My favorite movies are Natural born killers, The good the bad and the ugly, V for vendetta, fear and loathing in las vegas, Into the wild, reservoir dogs, taxi driver and the pixar movies :)

Its hard to select my favorite books, so I will select authors: Jules Verne, Charles Bukowski, Roberto Bolaño, H.P. Lovecraft, Ryszard Kapuscinski, Gabriel García Marquez, Chinua Achebe, Raymond Carver, Ernest Hemingway, Anton Chekhov..

I teach cartoon and writting workshops. And in conversations I could speak about philosophy if the listener is interested in, but my talent is to listen. I have listened lots of histories from many people i have met randomly.

I will share with you my books and cartoons. Handmade books for children and adults. Coloring books and comic books. I will share my work as writer and cartoonist.
I will offer you a portrait or a draw of a landscape in your city.
We can share rides in bike.
Of course I can cook colombian food.
