Hello! This is Vanessa. I am a PR Communications Consultant in Lima, Peru. I am currently studying my first masters degree here in Marketing at Universidad del Pacífico.

I was born in Piura, a city located in the north of Peru, and third biggest city in the country. Piura is small, but beautiful. It is probably one of the warmest places in the Latin America region. I am so proud to come from such an amazing place very well known for its delicious and typical food (although I live in the capital now).

During my life I have been blessed with several trips around the world (mainly academic), which have allowed me to have a broader vision of the world. I have friends in several countries and I want to expand this network the most I can. Here is why I am on Couchsurfing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I said, during my trips I was able to meet very nice people, make really good friends and live amazing experiences charged of inter-cultural learning. These people did a lot for me, and now, thanks to couchsurfing, I want to give back that generosity I received!

I am also going to continue travelling, and I have a high desire to continue making new friends!

I am brand new in couchsurfing. Just started trying it this July, and I am so excited for the very first experiences I could have!
