I'm willing to learn to make local desserts and/or cook local dishes.
I want to learn if the Dutch people are as normal as I think compared to other cultures....probably not!

I can share nice places in Holland, which are probably nicer than just Amsterdam.

Try to learn the (basics of) the local language so you get in touch easier with the locals.
