Overview
About Me
I'm originally from England but I grew up in Ireland, so I have both a very British sense of humour and a very Irish dependency on tea. Tea is my fuel.
I've lived and worked in several different countries, and I love getting to know cultures and languages. I study German and Chinese at DCU in Dublin. I spent last year on exchange in Shanghai. It was quite an experience! Now I'm home for my final year and ready to host again.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the couchsurfing spirit of exchange, open-mindedness and connection. I love to share a bit of my world and have the chance to see someone else's.
I find it can be a bit daunting to travel alone as a young woman. I really like to host solo female travelers and give them a safe and welcoming place to stay. I truly appreciate finding hosts who can do the same for me :)
Interests
Red peppers. LIDL. Sarcasm. Charity shops. Fizzy water. Books with difficult protagonists who are hard to like. Exploring new places. Being underwater. Muesli.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Fell off a bike while traveling solo in Thailand - I broke my teeth, spent 10 days recovering, and then moved on to Malaysia!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to learn and share bits of languages. And I do some circus stuff, if you're into that.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories and chatter. I've ended up experiencing some weird things over the last few years, and I love hearing odd tales from other people!
Although I try, I'm not the greatest at small talk... I prefer big talks. I've had some fascinating conversations with my lovely CS guests and hosts.
