Started travelling 2012, now try to visit a new and exciting destination once a year. Lots of friends and some family overseas, would love to visit them eventually.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling is not just about seeing places but also experiencing the culture. There is no better way to experience culture than to mingle with the locals. In 2015 Riaan and I visited Iceland, utilising couch surfing to a greater extend, what a wonderful experience and friends we've made.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I do amazing things daily. ...to look after and tolerate sick people is an amazing thing. Mother of 2 kids.....amazing. Still sane at 49 ....amazing!!!! To go through life with its challenges with a smile on your face and in your heart.....freaking amazing!!!!!
