Born and raised in New Jersey, United States. Lived in Illiniois for 2 years while obtaining a masters degree. In the past 8 years since, I have worked in the field of Parks and Recreation for a municipality in NJ. I've done a fair amount of domestic traveling within the US, along with some brief holidays in select counties abroad. Looking to expand!

Interests

Music is a big interest of mine. I play guitar and bit of piano (very little piano). I enjoy both listening and playing music in my free time but can't seem to get enough of the later! Seeing live shows is great too.

I enjoy outdoor recreation activites. Camping, hiking, swimming, boating, snowboarding. I've done them all but a master of none.

Also enjoy both playing and watching sports - golf, baseball, american football, some soccer (watching). Also pub/lawn games including darts, cornhole, horseshoes, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Pretty ecletic taste minus some genres. Mostly rock, classic rock, folk, alternative, pop, blues, country. Some notable bands/artists i enjoy: The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Led Zeppelin. More current: Houndmouth, Band of Horses, Fleet Foxes, Kings of Leon.

Books - Generally go for non-fiction over fiction. Angela's Ashes, A Brief History of Nearly Everything.

Movies - Shawshank Redemption, Glory, Top Gun (it's a fun one), Rocky. I also really enjoy comedies and documentaries.

I'd like to think I'm a very considerate person. I'm not the most outgoing or gregarious person you will come across, but I do enjoy being around people and having a good time in social situations.

I’m a relatively clean person around the house. I am not a picky eater and I’m open to trying new things. I'm not an expert cook but can make a few dishes. I enjoy having drinks socially.
