Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to say that I'm on couchsurfing because I'd like to meet new people while on travel, but the real reason it's because I'm broke, and can't afford a five star hotel... Hell, not even a one star!
It's not that I don't like to meet new people, I do, but wouldn't it be way better in a scenario in which we are in a hot tub with greek nimphs feeding us grapes? I will never know...
