Sea, sun, wildlife, flat landscapes... : Marennes surroundings are perfect if you enjoy outdoors and nature, if you feel like biking and hiking... That's the reason why, after living 30 years near Rennes (Brittany), we moved here, in Charente-Maritime. We have 4 children, and 4 grand-children, who enjoy staying with us during summer time.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We like to meet new people and hear about their travels. We prefer to host persons traveling without a car, i.e. cycling, hitchhiking.... Or foreigners in order to share experience on our respective countries... We enjoy being helpful to people, and we have room for that... Our children use couchsurfing themselves, and told us about this website.

兴趣

We enjoy travelling abroad, often with our camper, cycling, hiking, cooking, gardening... We have a small sailing boat (a "dinghy", for rivers, lakes, coastal waters. It has both sails and oars).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was younger, I decided to travel in England, by hitchhiking, in November (!), just in order to improve my english which was very bad... Nice experience, but difficult the first days!
