About Me

Hey, I am a 21 years old student from the south of Germany. I started my studies with the humble aim to change and / or save the world, quickly realized that this is a long way to go and finally decided to enjoy university life as good as possible.
In general, I am undecided between being an active person pursuing projects I am interested in and being "relaxed" in terms of not having a problem with hanging around with friends for hours. So I am happy to meet all kinds of people actually. In general, I am quite optimistic and like people, but I am not the most outgoing person in the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am actually not so happy about Couchsurfing having become so commercial and usually try to use bewelcome.org. But anyway, I like couchsurfing because it is so much better to get to know the inhabitants of a place, not just the place itself!

Interests

I am quite interested in politics and I love to spend hours at the breakfast table drinking coffee and reading the newspaper. Besides I really like music, but unfortunately, I am rather a shy musician. Other "hobbies" are biking, writing, cooking, gardening, going to museums (I guess I am a bit of a nerd - I seem to like learning) and actually I love playing football but haven't done it for quite a while.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have the impression that this section could also be called "Things I experienced during my extensive travelling I can show-off with" ;) Well, one amazing thing I have done recently was a pyjama party with friends. Try it, it's fun!

Teach, Learn, Share

Besides my aim to save the world, my next aim is to learn how to fix my bike on my own. Help very welcome!
I don't really know what I can teach you, probably how to be happy about small things, but I don't know whether this is not more of a character trait....

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am always happy to bring you something from my region, especially German beer. ;)
