Born and raised in Rīga. Spent 10 years training in artistic gymnastics, so sport has always been a huge part of my life. I do love sailing, and try to do that every summer. Now I spend most of my days up in the sky being a flight attendant, and absolutely loving it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to join couchsurfing so that I could see the world with the eyes of locals not the eyes of tourist agencies, meet inspiring people and hear their amazing stories and share some of mine.

Interests

I am interested in aviation (hence the choice of profession), absolutely love cinematography, watching movies is how I spend my free time. I am interested in people's biographies - musicians, artists, designers, athletes, I am just curious about other people life stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's hard to name one favourite genre or artist, I generally think I love a bit of everything, but what I listen the most is probably rock, hip-hop/rap, r'n'b, pop.

Favourite book - The Catcher In The Rye ( J.D. Salinger) , The Little Prince (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry)

I am one of those people who, if they like something, will read the book or see the movie multiple times. There have been books which I start to read for the second time immediately after finishing them the first time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have participated in sailing race from Riga to Szczecin, Poland, and we finished first from all the fleet (Line Honours)
I fulfilled my childhood dream and became a flight attendant.
In 4th grade I played the lead role in my schools play, still very proud of it :D
