Hi friends!
We are Delphine and Quentin, a french couple from Normandy!
I (Delphine) am 33 years old, and I am a primary school teacher in France.
My boyfriend Quentin is 26, he is mmmmm.... not really specialized in any job! He's been a waiter/barman/salesman/bank worker/insurance worker, and even more!
We left France in september 2014 for a trip to Oceania, and after a year and 9 months backpacking in Australia, with a little break in Fiji during two weeks.
We are now in this wonderful New Zealand to enjoy the landscapes and to get cold before our coming back in the north of France :) Well Normandy is not a very warm region so after a winter spent in NZ, we think it will look like a warm region :)
We started to use CS in Fiji and it was one of the most beautiful meeting that we had during our trip!!! So we decided to use CS more.
But, in OZ, we also have used helpx and wooffing systems to make new friends! It was very pleasant and successful. A very rich cultural and social experience!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We would be happy to stay for a night or two at people's place! (Or more! :)The main reasons are that we usually travel on a shoe string, and can't afford fancy hotels, and OF COURSE, discover other cultures and meet people! We genuinely believe that couchsurfing and similar are the very best way to discover a country and its inhabitants everyday life!

Interests

I (Delphine) like sports of all kinds, bushwalking, playing with kids, cooking, writing and photography.
Quentin is a good cook, and also loves photography, bushwalking and martial arts
For sure, we both LOVE traveling, discovering new landscapes and be into the wild!!
