Hi, I'm a student from Russia, learning German and English. Since August I live in Germany in Hamburg. I've been learning English since my elementary school, but the last two years I didn't practice it much, in university I started to learn German, that why I decided to take a gap year and to go to Germany as AU-pair. I thought it would be great. And it appears to be really great and exciting. It is a great experience to move to foreign county for a long time, but I think that such of thing everyone should do at least once in their lives. Because of the fact that now I'm living in Germany my knowledges in this language are better than in English. So we can speak either English or German. Moving to German gives me an opportunity to meet new people from different countries and to have fun with them! This year I spend in Germany in Hamburg as Au-pair. And I think that it's a great idea to find here native citizens and have fun with them, to know better the county and traditions . And it's much easier to find and to know new people that in Facebook.

I am really interested in music, I like almost all genres of music. Music plays a great role in my life, but if we don't share the same taste in music, it won't make any problems, but if we do, it would be really great! My favs: Scorpions, Depeche Mode, the Beatles, Limp Bizkit, Placebo, Nirvana, Muse, Fall out boy, 30STM, Three days grace, Papa Roach etc.

I don't actually watch films on TV, because I need a company for that, but when I do, I prefer a comedy, horror or a thriller.

As I learn English and German, I think it's very important to read books in original, this is more interesting, but also more complicated. Now I'm reading a book of German writer Martin Suter "Ein perfekter Freund".
