About Me

I was born in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. Although this is my birthplace, I only lived here couple of years before. I grew up in Antalya. The most beautiful mediterranean city of Turkey's south cost. Most probably from the culture of that place, I always love to travel, meet new people and meet with new cultures because my hometown is the most touristic cities of my country, luckily !

I am studying mechanical engineering and mechatronics at the same time, I am doing an internship in Germany and I will be exchange student in Japan next year also. One of my life wishes is to travel all over the world and being in different cultures and civilizations as much as possible. Also I am hosting a friend as erasmus student in my home near university, Ankara.

Although I am not talented , (sad face) , I love to listen music, especially when someone playing it nearby, also playing games as group ( probably and old camping habit for long nights in nature).

Shortly, I love to travel and experience new things, cultures and people, all kind of entertainment with new friends!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am not living in Europe but I am here for educational purposes. In my free times, I want to see as much as place I can and meet lots of new friends. Couchsurfing is a unique way to that, so, I'm in!

Interests

I like to read books, watching films that I have not watched before, doing music and most importantly, traveling. Maybe the robotics has a place in there. Also, I love to talk, sharing experiences and seeing new lifestyles. A story from a person that I've just met is always more exciting than any book that I've ever read!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the first years of my college years, we decided to go on a trip with one my friends car. We were just able to arrange the money for gas, other than that, we had really low budget for that trip. This was risky and there was a possibility for turning back because of lack of money. By knowing that, we decided to do that trip, travel around whole Aegean and Mediterranean coast, city by city, more than 20 days. Sometime good people helped us, sometimes we fish and eat that, sometimes we were hungry for a day, but we were together as friends and traveling freely through a heaven. Who cares the comfort!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love the learn songs from different languages. In addition to that, I love to cook. I can teach some Turkish food, I want to learn some recipes from different cultures also.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share exciting stories from my culture, share some songs, some Turkish foods and lovely stories of mine. Also as an experienced traveler in Turkey, I can give so many useful tips for there.
