Hi! My name is Lucie, born in Prague, Czech Republic in 1993. I would describe myself as a friendly, easy-going and enthusiastic-about-everything girl. I love being around funny and positive people, who share my passion for travelling, food and sports. While staying in Prague, you could find me studying, working or doing any sort of sport. Once I become overwhelmed by my life in Prague, I have to get out of the city, travel and recharge my batteries abroad.

That includes exploring other cultures, local food, cities / forests / lakes / mountains (just whatever the certain country offers, I can be a lady in the city as well as an outdoorsman hiking in the mountains :D). During my travels, I always try to find and taste local food (and beer). And, last but not least, people. I always love to talk with the locals about their country, places, and differences between our countries and how they live.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I know Couchsurfing for a while, but I experienced it for the first time with my friend, who is a long-term couchsurfer during our stay in Denmark. Since then, I believe it fulfills, maybe exceeds all my expectations of travelling - meeting local people, no artificial hotels, tourists’ centers and schedules, but real experience and real atmosphere. I believe this is the perfect way to travel.
