We are a couple that left our jobs and lives in the UK two years ago to travel and volunteer/work in Asia and Australia. Adam is a welder by profession with a lot of experience in construction/building. My field is psychology and have experience working with various mental health difficulties in community as well as inpatient settings. Our dream is to not only see the world but learn from it, there so many good people doing great things in every corner of the world and if we could learn from them and help whatever way we can, that dream will become a reality.

We both have a passion for travelling, meeting people from different cultures and learning from their experiences rooted in diverse socio-cultural contexts. We feel that couchsurfing is perfect medium to follow these passions.

In addition to our passions towards travelling and our professions, we are animal lovers. We also enjoy cooking and trying different cuisines. We recently discovered further interest in diving and soon also surfing :-)

Taught English in a refugee school in Malaysia, working with afghan children and women.
Ran therapeutic programmes in a locked mental health hospital near Chennai, India, where we met the nicest people.

We are both open people and enjoy sharing about our lifes' back home, our professions and our experiences whilst travelling. We also would love to share cooking skills picked up along our travels.
