Hi, My name is Chenée, I am from New York. But I have also lived in Tokyo, Bucharest, and currently touring around the UK.
I am a circus artist, it is my main passion in life. I do mostly aerial work (Rope, Trapeze, Roman rings), and some contortion. However, my second love is travel. Any chance to explore somewhere new and meet interesting people from different background I am there!
Most of my time spent traveling has been around Asia. But coming up will be my first trip around western Europe, and a am super stoked :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I lived in Tokyo, a good friend of mine opened his home to couch surfing. It was my first exposure to this community. It was really cool to meet so many people from different places, traveling for different reasons.
Just going from hostel to hostel or hotel is fine but it does keep you a little distant from getting the full taste of that city. And of course travel is not just about going to new places for me but also expanding my circle of friends.
I am excited to be a part of this community, can't wait to see what it brings.
