I can share FOOD and an apartment where I live with my brother, I have one DOUBLE BED in the bedroom, and one SOFA BED in the living room.
In the apartment you can find everything you want.
There is ample parking in front of the apartment.
My flat is easily reachable, just 200 metres from the train station.
I have my own CAR if you need, so there are no problems of movement.
It is less than 30 minutes from Perugia, 1 hour from Florence and 2 hour from Rome.
It's also available a bycicle if you want.
