My name is Sherry Ann but my friends call me She or Sherry for short. I am 30 years old but since I am petite, I look younger than my age. I am a licensed nurse and secondary teacher major in Biology but currently I am working in a non government organization. I am planning to take Masters in Education in the near future. I was planning of it few years go but due to some factors, I wasn’t able to.
I am fun-loving person, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am very much interested to know other culture because I haven’t been to other country yet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I never heard of couchsurfing until few minutes ago, I read a blog at it was mentioned. I became curious because I am interested in having friends from other countries. I would love to talk to them and learn their language. I believe that friendship is one of the most important values in life.

Interests

I love reading a lot, walking by the beach and exploring new places. I love the island life. I am fascinated with history and I love going to historical places. I am also interested to learn new language aside from my own.

Music, Movies, and Books

My family and friends say I am a bookworm because I read a lot. My most favorite books are Harry Potter series, Hunger Games, Divergent, novels by Dan Brown, Lois Lowry, Nicholas Sparks, Mitch Albom and Jodi Picoult. In music, I love listening to Christian songs because it is so relaxing. I also love RnB and love songs and music by Ed Sheeran, Jason Mraz, Owl City and The Script.
Movies: so far aside from Harry Potter franchise are Fast and Furious series, Pearl Harbor and Letters to Juliet. Aside from action movies, I also love suspense thriller and movies that features history and sceneries that make me want to travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing that I’ve done so far is to finish my studies and to have a license as a nurse and a teacher. It was hard to study my second degree while I am working. Now that I am planning to take my Masters, I hope that I can travel to another country with my mother since the two us has not yet visited another country. I wish to travel with her.
