Hello, everybody!

My name is Špela and I am a 20-year-old architecture student from a small town in northern Slovenia called Slovenj Gradec. I would describe myself as a girl with wandering spirit. I enjoy exploring our beautiful planet, meeting new people, learning about other cultures. I believe that what counts the most in life are memories, therefor I seek to create as many unique ones as possible. I enjoy having long and deep conversations, getting lost and finding new paths (same goes for life), sharing kindness and love. I try to find good in everything and am grateful for every challenge that life gives me. I've always wanted to travel the world and now I found a special person and love of my life to share this life journey with. We really look forward for you to be part of it, too.

I really enjoy learning about new places from first hand and what better way is to do that than to stay with local people? I would really love to experience the life other people live in different places, that is why I hope to meet people with the same interest.

I recently started exploring yoga and meditation, because I believe that calm mind is really important in life. Art is part of my everyday in many forms: architecture, books, drawing, painting, music and photography. I adore my dog and generally all animals. Adrenaline sports are my passion and my biggest fear - it is when I can challenge myself, test my boundaries and overcome them and that gives me the best feeling in the world, the feeling that I can do anything and the feeling of being alive. I am in love with the ocean and everything that comes with it - sea food, beach, swimming, diving. I've spent every summer in life in Croatia and I see it as my second home. I enjoy cooking, too!

My favorite music really depends on my mood. Some of my favourite bands are ARIZONA, Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay, The Bleachers. Same goes for movies - it depends on my mood, but I love thrillers and really tense movies with twist endings. I like to read books that impact you and your life and that make you think, but I also enjoy thrillers and misteries.
