I'm a Economics student who is living temporarily in Coimbra - Portugal, because of an exchange program. While here, I want to visit as many places as possible in this historical country, and for me sleeping in the house of a local resident is a better experience than staying in hostels, because you get to know the culture and the costumes of that place better and also has the possibility of sharing new experiences with your hosts.

Basicaly it's because I want to get to know new interesting people while I travel, and share good moments with them. For me, travelling means much more than simply doing tourism.

All types of arts, specially music and photography.
Different religions (mostly into Budhism), astronomy, travelling, culinary, comic books, among many many others.
Love to appreciate the nature... Beaches, waterfalls, forests and parks usually are my preferred attractions on the places I visit.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I enjoy Jazz a lot - John Coltrane, Hermeto Pascoal, Fela Kuti - basicaly it's my favorite musical style, but I also listen to brazilian popular music, trip hop, a little of 80 and 90's rock and some eletronic sounds, I'm a big fan of Kraftwerk.
Due to movies, I can say that I've watched a huge amount of them, and my favorite school of cinema is the French (with great directors like Krzysztof Kieslowski and Godard). Favorite Movies: Trois Couleurs: Bleu; Taxi Driver; Kagemusha; Mr. Nobody.
Books: Women; The Unbearable Lightness of Being; Notes from Underground.

- Played bass for years in a Guns n' Roses cover.
- Helped to organize events related to Cinema in my brazilian university.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I can share a lot of my country culture and (a bit of) it's culinary, also, I can share knowledges about my area of study, cinema, discourse about crazy musicians or painters that you problably never head about and even do jobs that involve design and/or photography.
