Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I was twelve (I guess) my wish has been visiting New Zealand and also Australia after my Austrian High School graduation. As I want to meet as much incredible new people on the other side of the world as possible, I think Couchsurfing is the best way to achieve this! Moreover it's my first real backpacker-trip so I would be glad to gain a lot of experiences with locals and to get an insight into Australian and New Zealand culture!
As it's all about giving and receiving I also look forward to meet up with people all over the world to show them my hometown Innsbruck! Unfortunately I'm not able to host at the moment but I hope this will change soon (:

Interests

I'm totally into music! I've been playing piano since I was ten and I also built a electric ukulele myself. Being in a band and making music together was my dream for a long time and I also have a little band project running but at the moment we're just starting off. (;
Apart from music I'm interested in physics and technical sciences so I want to focus on these fields at university.
And as you can see while looking at my descriptions I obviously like talking (and writing).

What I Can Share with Hosts

Obviously I can give some insight into Austrian culture and all the complexity of German language (especially Tyrolean dialect). Also I guess cooking a meal (Austrian, Italian or whatever) could be a small thank-you and I would like to give a little bit back.
