我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

as a guest: as I've said before, I like travelling. and after I stayed with host families instead of hotels/hostels a few times, the difference really struck me. staying with locals lets you understand the 'soul' of the place you're travelling to mora than anything else. also not paying for accomodation is better than paying. there, I've said what 90% of people on this site don't say

as a host: my city is getting more and more popular with tourists every year, so I don't mind helping people interested. the motherland has a great potential as a travel destination, I'd love everyone to understand that

I love reading, music, art (and it breaks my heart that i'm unable to draw anything pretty). I also like people - like talking to them and getting to know them, finding out how their mind works and all that. I also like street art, tattooing seems appealing, cross-stitch (doesn't really fit with this list but oh well ok) and japanese culture. so basicaly u'd find me sitting on the couch embroidering while talking to somebody say from europe on the net while watching an anime. sad but true

while I wholeheartedly accept the fact couchsurfing is more about WHERE you're staying, not WHOM you're staying with, I would appreciate guests that actually look at my profile to see if we'll get along. plase mention your favourite fruit so I know you actually read this far)
