Hello, I've lived in California for most of my adult life. I recently moved to Olympia Washington where my plans mostly are just to find a stable job and a place to live. Currently I'm with a friend here but he leaves for vacation soon therefore I will be w/o a couch to crash for a period of time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Waiting 6 days for a house to open up for me to move into. I would like to meet new people and be connected into this community.

Interests

French history and culture, classic authors and good books from long ago. Board games, politics, board sports, botany and mycology. I am interested in the status of society and what steps I could take in my own life to reflect something better for this world. I like cats and dogs and most every creature which walks on this earth.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I rested in France for 6 months where I learned how to cook, speak and generally learned how to live. I would go to another country again.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share good cooking pleasant conversation and a good choice in wine. I would like to think I am socially able to relate with all classes of people and all social types. I can share informed knowledge of other countries and their histories, I know well the French way of life and can share what knowledge I do have of Paris or California.
