My name is Michaela and i am from Austria. I am 19 years old and I am currently in Greenwich/Connecticut as an au pair. I will stay in the USA for one year 😉.
I love to travel and to work with children, which is the reason why i become an au pair.
My hobbies are Volleyball, swimming and to go out with my friends. I like to meet new people from different countries to get to know new cultures.
I am very responsible, flexibel and sensitive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I said before I am currently an au pair and in the year I am here I would love to see as much as possible from the US. Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to meet new people, see new cities and to safe money in once.

It's perfect for au pairs because we don't really get that much money 🙈
The other reason is that my friend and I want to make a holiday together in Miami what is even without the hotel very espensive.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Everyone ask me that, but to be honest i do not really have a favorite Music, Movie or Book. I like many kinds of music and also many different movies.
I really like to read, thats why I always try new books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard question. I think the most amazing thing I have ever done was to move in a foreign country, to a family I did not really know before and to leave my friends and my family behind.
