Hi,

Let me give you some information about me. Currently I'm travelling in Australia with a friend from home. We are two guys from Belgium with working holiday visas, 26 and 27 years old. I am a bio-science engineer with experience in chemistry and water management and Pieter has worked in a law firm, specialised in immigration law and international relations.

Since we've been in Australia we have worked on a hobby-farm with lots of goats and cattle, a big horse estate and a cattle station in the outback. All of them were wonderful experiences from which we learned a lot. We find these jobs and places mainly via the wonderful world of HelpX.

We're currently staying in Melbourne for a week or two and are planning a trip to Tasmania. Since hostels are both very expensive and very busy in the summer, we would like to find a couchsurfing host for a couple of days. We're starting to learn our way around Melbourne but of course we're still interested in learning to know the favourite spots of a true Melbournian!
