Adventurous, passionate lover of humans. I have traveled fairly extensively as a humanitarian/portrait photographer but really more of a self made sociologist. People, love, life, and the will to survive all fascinate me. Perspective is a powerful thing. I have also worked with NGO's and a couple of governments to combat Human Trafficking. I am a single mom with two grown kids and a nine year old boy whom I split time with his dad in San Diego.

What better way to see the world and meet interesting people! The last four years I have traveled to over 30 countries staying in nice hotels where I never meet anyone. Now I am going back to freelance and looking forward to creating experiences more than meeting deadlines.

People. Really. I know it sounds cheesy but I really like people. I once attempted to create a travel show where I would just get to go all over the world meeting people and bridging cultural barriers. I also have a deep passion to combat human trafficking. My title at my current job is 'Technical Expert Human Trafficking'. I guess that makes me kind of an expert. But it's a big topic.

Raised three kids alone, took them to see the world. In 1999 during the war in Kosovo I took my then 11 year old son to the refugee camps using a fake press pass to get us in. In 2011 I tried to sneak into Libya after Quadaffi was executed and the border was shut down.
