Hi!!

My name is Estitxu, and I have just moved to Konstanz. I'm Basque teacher in the University, and I don't know much people here.
It's quite difficult to describe oneself, but most of my friends say that I'm quite outgoing, and I always ready to meet people in front of a cup of coffee and have a quiet conversation. Of course, it's possible to end the night in a bar having a couple of beers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A lot of people have told me that this is one of the best ways to meet people. I've just arrived at Konstanz, and sadly it has been quite difficult to make new friends (ok, I'm here since last monday, but still...)
I haven't found a room yet, but when I find one it would be nice to have some guests at home!

Interests

I am keen on learning languages. After learning Basque and English, I'm trying to learn German, and I'm not too bad, but I need some more practice!
I love traveling and meeting new cultures, ways of thinking, opinions, philosophies ...
I also love reading and having a good conversation with a good friend.

Music, Movies, and Books

I usually listen to Basque music (Berri txarrak, Willis Drummond, Anari, Mursego ...) A lot of interesting music is made nowadays in the Basque Country. Some English groups are among my favorites too: Muse, Suede, QOSA, Franz Ferdinand... buf! There are too many!
I love all kind of books, I read a lot!! And also the cinema!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quite a difficult question... maybe the most amazing thing I've done is to feel comfortable with myself and change my mind in order to live in a positive way!
