Overview
About Me
I live in a big countryside house, 5 minutes away from Bagnols-sur-Ceze, which is 30 minutes drive from Avignon, Nîmes and Alès; the place is surrounded by forest and vine crops. I have been working in the area for 3 years on a seasonal basis, learning viticulture and the art of wine; I also work as a tree surgeon and gardener on free time. Since my days at university, I have also spent a lot of time on journey, visiting India and a chunk of South America. My aim now is to settle here and hopefully become a successful winemaker in the coming years!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
During my travels, I have always had fantastic experiences with couchsurfing and WWOOFing so now that I live in a superb location, I am willing to share with travellers all that I love about this country, in honor to those who welcomed me in the same way. I'm also hoping to find hosts in nearby cities to spend the weekend away from time to time and meet up new friends!
Interests
I like to spend time with friends, cooking, having meals and good conversations, playing table and card games, playing music, working outdoors, making experiments such as brewing beer, wine, growing plants and mushrooms or building things ^^
I like people with ideas and enthusiasm, and I love foreign languages and cultural difference!!
