About Me

Hi Coushsurfers!

I work on the road as a freelance digital strategist and my passion is to write about the food I eat and the places I visit all around the world. I left my job in order to fulfill my dream: travelling, eating, meeting new people and learning about the beauty of our world.
My door is always open when I have a stable base and I hope all my life will be made of new amazing encounters!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because when I travel, I want to know as much as possible about local foods and how people eat and live in their country. I also love staying in hostels to meet other travellers but what better way to learn about local habits than with locals? :)

Interests

Food, travel, writing and drawing, making new friends, listening to music, sing, be happy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like listening to classical music but I'm totally aware I can also LOVE crappy pop.

My favourite movie is the Lord of the Rings, which is also one of my favourite books. But out of the easy one, I loved Cloud Atlas as a movie and Donna Tartt's Secret History as a book. I remain a huge Murakami fan. Kafka on the shore got me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Leave my job and start travelling, just finding ways to do what I love, is the best decision I've ever made in my life so far.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to make a tasty Chinese dessert with coconut milk and a good lentil curry. I could also tell you a method how to let go of things if you've been working in a crazy corporate environment because I did it.

I would like to learn how to be motivated every single morning of this life to workout, and also how to fix bikes.

I would like to share good stories all the time.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, tell stories, show people around in Paris and Berlin, advise in good restaurants, make cute drawings.

I provide bed sheets and towels for up to 2 people and in exchange I ask that you bring me some typical food from your country/region!

I also collect mugs from around the world and I still miss many countries :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, China, Czech Republic, England, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

France, Réunion, Scotland
