About Me

Coucouuu!!!
So.. I am a Mexican Finances and Banking Student living in PARIS! Im currently studying the 5th semester of my career in this classy and dreamy city.
Im an outgoing person, i love discovering new places and knowing new amazing people.
I've always been attracted to French culture, mostly because of their beautiful language (I've studied for a looong time now) and Im looking forward to at least visit the most important cities in France.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Im a student so my traveling budget is not that high and I think this is a great platform for meeting new people and places without having to spend a lot of money :))
Im also interested in Couchsurfing because its a totally different experience of traveling and when I get back home, I'll probbably receive guests (:

Interests

Lately, traveling has become my main interest in life, its amazing how one single trip to somewhere unkown can change the way you think and see many things. You get to wonder about life and its infinite possibilities; the culture, the richness of the language, gastronomie, art, friendship, personal growth.

I love to spend a day with a friend, go out for a coffe or a beer, i like to party but not in clubs.. I'd rather go to a bar with reaally good music. I love to discover the local "must-go" and just try new things. I love nature, i like to run and hike..

Im also into photography.. I specially like to do portraits, I took some classes but mostly I developed my own technique, I think you can travel time with photgraphs, you can freeze time and emotions.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books, they're my painkiller, they are the best excuse for not going out a Friday night and still have an awesome time with yourself. Right now Im focusing on reading books that enhance my knowledge in finances and economie.

My favorite books are

Diablo Guardián- Xavier Velasco (Mexican writer)
Lo puedo explicar todo - Xavier Velasco (I love this guy)
Kane y Abel- Jeffrey Archer
Dear and Glorious Physician- Taylor Caldwell
The smartest guys in the room- Bethany McLean, Peter Elkind
Sophies World-Jostein Garder
Primavera con una Esquina Rota- Mario Benedetti
Rayuela- Julio Cortazar

I also love to make notes on the pages of the books i read, i make summaries and highlights of what I think its worth remember. (Kind of Geeky but i looove it )

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Study and Work at the same time.. I know a lot of people do that but it AINT EASY!!
-I've ran two 10k marathons
- I won a scholaship for studying in Paris.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak English fluently, its like my second language... I can help improve other people's english skills.
Im outgoing so im not afraid of sharing my point of view of what I think it's important in life, I love to have long and deep conversations..Im super easy going so maybe you'll have fun with me.
