Hi there, my name is Dag.
Artist, journalist, croupier, actress and also novelist.
Tea-room-potato. Anywhere where it looks like inside Genie's lamp I feel at home if a good tea is offered, too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet interesting people and enjoy my vacays with locals.
I'm really obsessed with Australia. It's my dream to surf in those waves and also to visit Hobbiton. Or shall I rather say goal? I love Aussies.
Next stop is the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Dominica - white beaches, chill and sun.
Then Japan and China to finally learn those two so attractive languages!!
I love drawing, painting, writing, singing, acting, dancing,.. I have been "doing art" since I could remember. Currently, I am working on a few tattoo designs for my friends and even learning myself how to tattoo people (in theory of course.. for now). Another thing I have to confirm before you are about to host me is the fact I really love singing, yes, I'm singing all the time - in bathroom, kitchen, during walking my cat, shopping. it's my passion. But I am the worst singer ever! But I love it... ya ya ya. I had been acting for three years because of the drama club in my school. I literally fell in love with a stage. And I like modern ballet, but my fatty butt has a different idea about my movements, so my dancing is as funny and awful as my singing. Nevermind.
Music, Movies, and Books
I have literally no music taste - music barbarian over here! - I listen to whatever I deem to be cool, catchy, fine... Everything from Metalica to One Direction; from Pentatonix to Fun.; from Adele to Enya. Don't judge me. I like even Irish folk music and Demi Lovato... haha
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've packed up my things and moved into the UK.
Teach, Learn, Share
Actually I really love foreign languages. I want to know as many languages as possible. It's one of my biggest hobbies. So you can try to teach me any language you know. But in the opposite way... my English is a crap, I'm just acting I can speak well and non-natives usually believe me..
I can share with you a Czech culture, we could go "na jedno" together (to the pub for a beer) it's a Czech tradition. People love it more than Christmas, because they can celebrate it a whole year!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Maybe sandwich? Inspiration. Art experience. Whatever...
