I am a student from South Korea. I am majoring Performing Art Planning and Management. I am really interested in art and meeting up people around the world. As I grew up in a small island which belongs to South Korea, I am also interested to meet various different people around the world and learning the cultures of them in person. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to figure out how I can communicate with people without knowing and learning the culture and language of each. And also I really want to experience special feelings through couchsurfing and also getting know each of people in person.

Interests

I am really interested in Performing Art which I major in. Watching a play and even read books and watch movies also make me exciting. As I love art, I love to visit museums and to learn about the art that I never seen. Also I love listening to music so sometimes I go to music festival with my friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite musician is Maroon5. Once, he visited Korea for the tour concert and I went there with my friend. Since then I really love his songs. Also I love EDM so I sometimes go clubbing and EDM music festival with my friends.

Also I love watching movies. One of my favorite movies is If only and about time. I especially love romance movies but loves all kinds of movies!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to high school in U.S.A by my self when I was 16 years old.
As I grew in a small island I didn't have many chances to go abroad. I was just a little girl, and I really wanted to learn English. So I decided to go abroad and studied harder and got accepted one of the schools I applied. Since then, I have been apart from my family and grow stronger and came back to Korea to study what I really want to become the one who I dream. Having been studying for this major for 3 years now I am planning to go abroad to broaden my perspective, and before that, one of the amazing thing i've planned is that I am planning to go around the world soon!

I want to learn the typical culture of each country. From what they eat to what they wear and what language they speak all kinds of typical culture is mainly concerned. Among them I am really interested in Food of the country so I really want to share drinks. sauces, and easy cook dishes. And also teach you how to make them.

I can share a easy cook recipe and the brand new drinks in Korea. Also I would love to share the issued items from Korea with my hosts.
