About Me

I'm a curious person. I wonder what it's like to live in other people's shoes, and I am well determined to find out. There is so many things I want to know and so many experiences I want to live. One thing is for sure: I will not die from stability.

As a startup founder, I'm going to promote my product at the next CES of Las Vegas in January. But I come from the other side of the world, so I'd rather see a bit of what USA is like before flying back to France. I'll travel alone, so meeting people will be key to discover things properly!

Of course, I'll happily host other CS members. My work has many constraints and I live with flatmates, yet things can be worked out :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

How good is a travel if you can't experience a slice of what's life like on the other side of the world?

My best travel experiences happened when I slept on a friend's couch. So I figured, if I can get more friends I can experience more places!

Interests

I found out that a very interesting way to discover a city is to go for a 1 or 2h run. This really gives a nice view of it. And people ask you directions because you look like a local, I like that.

Cycling or walking to discover beautiful urban and natural landscapes is also a very nice thing to do.

Of course, I also enjoy my couch, which saw me watch countless movies, code new softwares or prototype weird electronic devices.

And basically, most things are interestings if you take enough time to give them a chance. Discovering other people's passion is what I seek.

Music, Movies, and Books

Regarding music, I listen so much of it, it'll be hard to sort that out! Let's settle for my favorites songs: "Learning to Fly" from the Pink Floyds, "Space Oddity" from David Bowie and "Röyksopp Forever" from Röyksopp.

Favorite movies are "Back To The Future", "Pulp Fiction", "Blade Runner", "Interstellar" and many others.

Books wise, mostly french authors : "Les Fourmis", "La Zone du Dehors", ... Also, more popular ones like "Games of Throne" or even "Harry Potter" (everybody was 11 at some point, right?)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bootstraping my own startup. Good Morning Planet. We're a next gen travel guide, by the way, might be useful for some.

Teach, Learn, Share

As CTO, my job includes two huge parts: one is to constantly learn and adapt to new technologies. The other is to share my knowledge and, I hope, wisdom with my team so we can build great products together.

This is my philosophy of life in all matters!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Naturally, I can teach how to code, help build a website, give a hand to create a prototype app, proof test a startup idea, ...

Also, I'll gladly fix anything tech related (computer, phone, printer, whatever). Or non-tech related, but with a lesser chance of success.

Of course, even though my skills could be improved on the matter, sharing a meal that I cooked sounds like a good evening.

And finally, I love to share point of views, exchange philosophical ideas about the secrets of this universe or debate which is the best fast food chain on the globe.
