21 years old. Lived for a few years in the US, before moving to India in 2000.

Spending a semester abroad studying engineering in Switzerland.

I like movies, photography, history, football (Juventus, Italy, Manchester United) and basketball (San Antonio Spurs). I also love blues and classic rock! Led Zeppelin, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Cream, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton........the list goes on.

I've travelled extensively in India. Now, exploring Europe!

I joined the Couchsurfing community to meet new people. I prefer to travel alone, since it is then more likely that I will then meet new people and make new friends.
I often stay in hostels when I travel, but I've noticed that it is difficult to make a meaningful connection with other people at hostels. My experience with CS so far has been fantastic! I've made quite a few new friends who I stay in touch with on just one trip!

I assure you I will not take your hospitality for granted! I'll help my host any way
I can (groceries, etc) to repay his/her hospitality.

Hosts will always be treated to good conversation, Swiss chocolate, and delicious Indian food!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Learnt to read Greek in a few hours in Athens. Many years of memorizing complex Math and Physics formulae helped! :P

Wandered in central Rome all night. Wonderful experience discovering beautiful small churches and buildings which look completely different in the night, something you'll never find in a guidebook.
