- I grew in Mexico, and after Uni I moved to Asia to work in India, Vietnam and Cambodia, then to Europe (Switzerland), where I currently live. I work as an advisor on communications and knowledge management for topics around sustainable development (my org is helvetas.org).
- I am also a folk dancer, part of 3 different groups/companies on latin folk and indian bollywood. I've also explored break dance, flamenco and kathak.
- I've been a vegetarian for about 8 years...
- I practice vipassana meditation regularly, after learning the technique in Thailand.
- I think travelling (in a relaxed manner, flexible logistics, etc.) is a tool for empowerment, self-development, it breaks walls and connects us genuinely with our planet, other beings and ourselves for the better.

I couch sourf because I enjoy meeting people, and because meeting a local person or someone living in the place of destination creates a good feeling to understand and appreciate the context:). Sharing is caring!
