Hola por ahí!

Somos Seba y Mauge, dos uruguayos recorriendo el mundo en bicicleta. En 2016 pedaleamos desde Estados Unidos hasta Uruguay atravesando toda América, una experiencia que sin dudas cambió nuestras vidas.

En 2021 retomamos el viaje y pedaleamos por Europa hasta Turquía, luego seguimos recorriendo el continente hasta 2023. Después vivimos dos años en Dinamarca (2023–2025), y este año volvimos a la ruta atravesando Asia Central: pedaleamos por Kirguistán y Tayikistán. Ahora nos encontramos en China, continuando esta gran aventura sobre dos ruedas.

Hello there!

We are Seba and Mauge, two Uruguayans cycling around the world. Back in 2016 we rode from the USA all the way to Uruguay, crossing the American continent — an adventure that truly changed our lives.

In 2021 we hit the road again and cycled across Europe until Türkiye, continuing around the continent until 2023. After that we lived in Denmark for two years (2023–2025), and earlier this year we got back on our bikes to cross Central Asia, riding through Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. We are now in China, continuing this big adventure on two wheels.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Estamos viajando en bicicleta alrededor del mundo y creemos que no hay mejor manera de conocer un lugar que a través de su gente. Couchsurfing nos da la oportunidad de compartir, aprender y conectar con las personas que realmente hacen especial cada sitio que visitamos.

Interests

En Uruguay usamos nuestras bicis para ir prácticamente a todos lados.
Los lugares que más nos gustan son aquellos cerca de la naturaleza, prefiriendo estos antes que las grandes ciudades.

In Uruguay we use our bike to go practically everywhere. We have made some trips by bike around Uruguay and love to set on the road cycling!
The places we like the most are the ones close to nature, we like them more than big cities.

Teach, Learn, Share

Tenemos todo por aprender y alguna que otra cosa para enseñar. Seba es muy buen cocinero, inventa la mitad de las cosas que hace y creeme que lo hace brillantemente! Como le gusta y ha trabajado con bioconstruccion el puede compartir un par de cosas sobre el tema.
Mauge como profe de idiomas puede enseñarte algo de español, inglés y hasta portugués!

We have everything to learn and some things we can teach.
Seba is a very nice cook, he invents half of the things he does and believe me he does it brilliantly! As he is involved in bio construction he can share a thing or two about the topic.
Mauge as a language teacher can teach you some Spanish, English or even Portuguese!
